Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Here's another one of those easy, delicious recipes with no real measurements. Add as much curry as you like; I add about a teaspoon or two per pound of chicken. It's great served on Ritz® crackers 

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and finely chopped
Pineapple tidbits
Sweet curry powder
Finely chopped pecans

Just combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate and enjoy!
