Jane's Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut in 1" chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon dry ginger
4 cloves garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Place pork in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with hot egg noodles. Great for chicken too.

This is the best teriyaki ever, not too salty like some I've tried. You can even let this marinate overnight, or freeze right in the marinade in a gallon bag. I've done this for rehearsal dinners, luncheons, and it always turns out well. Great on salads too.
