Wild Rice Dressing

2 cups wild rice, cooked
4 cups Basmati rice, cooked
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup tart chopped apple
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1 cup golden raisins

In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and apple in butter. In a large bowl, combine onion mixture with the rice; add fruit. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sage and thyme.

This is a delicious dish and a nice change from the usual Thanksgiving stuffing.
