Honey Wheat Dinner Rolls

Here's another easy and delicious bread machine roll, only using wheat.

2 cups whole wheat or white whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup butter, cut into 6 pieces
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
2-1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
3 tablespoons honey
1-1/4 teaspoons salt

Place ingredients in bread machine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Let the machine complete the dough cycle. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan or two 9" round cake pans. When cycle is complete, gently deflate dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Form each piece into a ball. Space the rolls evenly in your pan. Cover pan with lightly greased plastic wrap and allow to rise until puffy and their edges touch, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. While the rolls are rising, preheat the oven to 350. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes. Tent with foil and continue to bake until nicely browned on top, lightly browned on the sides (about 10-13 minutes). Remove the rolls from oven and transfer to a rack.
