Swiss Chicken and Broccoli Bake

My sister-in-law gave me this recipe for a chicken and broccoli bake that uses Swiss cheese. It's delicious and has found a spot in our family favorites cookbook.

1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
4 ounces medium noodles
2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup light sour cream
1 10-3/4-ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cook and drain noodles and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Swiss cheese over noodles, add broccoli and sprinkle with another 1/3 cup cheese. In a large bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, soup, salt and worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour over broccoli. Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs with the butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 1 hour.
