Chili like Wendy's

I love Wendy's chili-it's just the right blend of spices and not too hot. I've been searching for a recipe like theirs and I think this is pretty close! I love making this when we have large gatherings.

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 29-ounce can tomato sauce
1 29-ounce can kidney beans with liquid
1 29-ounce can pinto beans with liquid
1 cup diced green chilies
1 29-ounce can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water

In a large, nonstick skillet, brown beef. Drain well and place in a large stockpot. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes, and up to several hours on low. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream on the side.
