1 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat vanilla ice cream
4 ice cubes, crushed
1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup (Sams has DaVinci at a great price)
1-2 teaspoons sugar, optional
Dissolve the coffee in the skim milk in a small bowl. Let stand 1 minute. Pulse milk mixture, ice cream, ice and syrup until smooth.
After working hard in the garden, this is a great, cool treat to enjoy on a summer day!
