I came across this recipe in a magazine years ago and have never tasted anything so good! Sometimes I'll freeze it in a gallon bag right in the marinade. This is great for grilled chicken salads.
1 clove garlic, crushed (or 1/4 t. powder)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon (or more) raspberry jam (I go liberally on this)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
*this recipe is for 4 boneless breasts (about 1-1/4 pounds)
