Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) No-Bake Cheesecake

This easy recipe is light and fluffy and simply delicious!

1 pkg. graham crackers (20-24 crackers)
1/2 cup sugar
1 10-ounce jar Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Butter, melted
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 8-ounce container Cool Whip

Crush graham crackers and mix in 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted Lilikoi butter to make the crust. Press onto the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and 2/3 cup Lilikoi butter. Pour into crust and drizzle with any remaining Lilikoi butter. Refrigerate.
