Ham and Broccoli Quiche





Well, I knew my sweet, soon-to-be husband was a great guy when he was willing to try quiche!  He even liked it (although he did take some flack from his friends!)  This recipe is simple and delicious!  It's perfect for a ladies luncheon, with fresh fruit and muffins on the side.

1-1/2 cups cooked, cubed ham
6 ounces (1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss)
1 cup frozen broccoli, drained well
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 unbaked pie pastry, placed in a 10-inch quiche pan

Heat oven to 375.  Layer ham, cheese, and broccoli in pastry.  Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over broccoli mixture.  Bake for 35-45 minutes.  Serve warm.
