My hubby and I are pretty much in agreement on everything except when it comes to cranberries! I love them and I'm delighted the children are taking after me! :) I love this fruity jello anytime of the year, but especially in the fall.
1 large box strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
3 bananas
3 apples
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
In a large bowl, mix the jello and sugar together. Add water and stir until dissolved. Coarsely chop cranberries. Peel and dice apples and bananas. Stir in the pineapple with the juice, apples, bananas and cranberries. Pour into a large bowl or jello mold. Refrigerate several hours.
