Lavender Lemonade #2 (and the winner!)

Well, I made this second lavender lemonade a different way and my hubby voted this one as the best-I have to agree. You blend the dried lavender buds right in with the sugar, which brings out that delightful flavor all the more!

1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
1 cup Real Lemon juice concentrate or fresh squeezed
6-1/2 cups water
ice

In a blender or food processor, blend sugar with 1 tablespoon lavender buds. Process 30 seconds (or longer for more pronounced flavor). In a 2 quart pitcher, combine lemon juice with 6-1/2 cups water and the sugar and lavender mixture. Mix well, add ice and enjoy!
