Here's an easy steak marinade that's delicious on roasts and hamburgers too! I use this often on kebobs while camping.
1 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1/4 teaspoon powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well. Freezes well.
