Marinade for Beef or Chicken Kebobs

We love grilling in the summertime so I'm always on the lookout for a good marinade.  This is one a friend of mine used for both beef and chicken kebobs.  I think it's 'gotta be one of the best I've ever had!  It's very flavorful and not overly salty.  I love to freeze the meat right in the marinade in a gallon bag and take it camping.  Just thaw and it's ready for the grill!

1/3 cup soy sauce (I use lower sodium)
3/4 cup canola oil
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes.  Marinate the meat for at least 4 hours.  When you're ready to grill, brush kebobs with marinade, turn and brush once more before fully cooking.
