Iceberg Wedge Salad with Bacon, Bleu Cheese and Pecans

Oh my!  I could eat this salad every day!  I love this salad!  It is that good!  I whipped this up for lunch one day after having tried something like it at Applebee's.  I think the thing that makes these wedge salads so good is how incredibly crisp they are.  And talk about simple!  It doesn't get any easier than this.  Just wash your iceberg, cut it in wedges and slather it with the bacon, bleu cheese and pecans.  You've got a delicious, gourmet salad in less than 5 minutes!

1 head iceberg lettuce, rinsed and drained well
coarsely chopped pecans
crumbled bleu cheese (light works well)
bacon, cooked and crumbled

Homemade Ranch dressing

Cut head of lettuce into desired amount of wedges.  You should easily be able to get 4 to 6 large wedges out of it.  Place wedges on individual salad plates and top with bacon, bleu cheese, and pecans.  Drizzle with ranch dressing.
