My kids love this! (Even though a couple complain about the celery and raisins!) It's refreshing, healthy and has a lot of crunch.
5 Granny Smith apples, diced
5 Red Delicious apples, diced
4 cups celery, diced
1 cup raisins
2 cups walnuts
Dressing:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons sugar
Mix the apples, celery and raisins in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over fruit mixture and mix well. Add nuts just before serving.
