Honey Mustard Chicken

1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 pounds chicken, cut in 1" chunks

Melt butter over medium-low heat.  Add honey, mustard, salt and curry and combine well.  Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.  Pour honey mixture over chicken.  Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.

Delicious!  I always serve this with Basmati rice and sugar snap peas.  It's also very easy to whip up if you need to bring a meal to someone.
