The Best Bread Machine Dinner Rolls Ever!

I know it sounds like the title of a Richard Scarry book, but it fits. My whole family goes crazy over these rolls! They are so good! At Christmas, it's fun to make a double batch of these and form them into a wreath. For a darker golden color, before baking, brush with 1 tablespoon water mixed with 1 egg white.

1 egg (at room temperature) plus enough
water (80°) to equal 1 1/3 cups
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place ingredients in bread pan in the order recommended. Press dough cycle. When cycle is complete, place on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 24 pieces and shape. Place on a greased baking sheet . Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until double in size. Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes, or until done.
