Nutty Pecan Chicken

The smell of this savory chicken in the oven is irresistable! Perfect for a chilly autumn day.

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of cloves
1 large egg
1 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat egg with milk until frothy. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in pecan mixture. Placed in a lightly greased baking pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 25-30 minutes at 450.
