Walnut and Herb Crusted Chicken

This delicious recipe is perfect for entertaining. It's simple, tastes absolutely wonderful, and can be prepared ahead of time.

3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1-1/2 teaspoons basil
3/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
2-1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

In a shallow dish, combine walnuts, bread crumbs, herbs, flour and salt. In a second dish, lightly beat egg. Roll chicken in egg, then in walnut mixture. Place on baking sheet lined with heavy duty aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. *Tastes best the day it's made. Reheat leftover chicken in the oven (to stay crispy).
